Empowerment through camaraderie & competition

Welcome to Energy Basketball

We are a 3rd-12th grade young women's basketball club focused on high-quality, demonstration-based instruction in a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment.

The Energy Way

Energy is more than just a team — it's an experience and a community. We work hard, but we have fun. We care about and support each other. Attitude and effort are everything. Mistakes are OK. Aggressive mistakes are even better. We walk away from every practice and game as better players but more importantly, as better teammates and people. We go above and beyond to provide a great overall experience for all.
